Open the app and go to the Wallet tab, then tap Restore in the top-right corner. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used to purchase tokens. Once restoration is complete, your token balance should reflect any purchases tied to that account.
Token purchases are validated by Apple before being credited to your account. If a purchase appears in your Apple receipt but tokens aren't showing up, try:
1. Go to the Wallet tab and tap Restore.
2. Fully quit Saga Shelf and reopen it — purchases re-sync on launch.
3. If tokens still don't appear after a few minutes, contact us with your purchase date and the tier you bought and we'll straighten it out.
Make sure you're signed in. Unlocked chapters are tied to your account, so if you're not signed in (or your session expired) the server won't be able to confirm the unlock. Open the Profile tab to check your sign-in status.

Sign in with Apple requires an Apple ID to be signed in on your device. Open Settings → Apple ID on your device and make sure you're signed in. If Apple sign-in fails repeatedly, try these steps:
1. Check that Apple's services are online at apple.com/support/systemstatus.
2. Restart Saga Shelf and try again.
3. If the problem continues, let us know what error message you see.
Yes — when you sign in with Apple on multiple devices, your token balance, unlocked chapters, and reading progress are kept in sync through your Saga Shelf account.
You can download any chapter you've unlocked. Open a story, long-press or tap the download button on any unlocked chapter, and it will be available in the Downloads tab for offline reading.
Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, library state, token balance, and all associated data from our servers. Unspent tokens are not refundable, so you may want to use them up first.
